We know what you need because we tune too. That is why we built ECUNEX this way: a white-label Personal Flasher that keeps your brand front and center, protects your files and lets you support customers wherever they are.
You maintain 100% customer ownership. The mobile app dynamically loads your logo and business details. You set your own retail prices in your preferred currency.
Never worry about your tuning maps being stolen or shared. Files are streamed encrypted directly to the vehicle buffer without ever saving a plain binary on the customer's phone (Strict In-Memory execution).
No workshop visit or complex user accounts. Your customer plugs in the dongle, opens your branded app and flashes the tunes you provide from home.
A diagnostic runs automatically when your customer connects the vehicle, and a log is saved to your dashboard. Every diagnostic they run in the app creates another log, so you can see their fault codes right away, remotely.
Three tightly integrated components, engineered to work as one secure pipeline from your portal to your customer's ECU.
Your command center. Manage hardware, customers, files and credits from any browser.
Custom-built hardware that does the heavy lifting, so the phone never has to touch the raw file.
Access your dedicated dealer dashboard. Download certified ORI files and map your Stage 1, Stage 2, or custom calibrations with your chosen credit price.
Assign your serialized hardware dongles to your clients through your panel and top up their credits.
At home, the vehicle owner plugs the dongle into the OBD-II port and opens your branded app. The system automatically runs a diagnostic and saves a log to your dashboard, reads the ECU ID and VIN, and displays only the matching tunes you provided.
The file streams securely into the hardware buffer and writes to the ECU. The USD $30 platform fee is charged only when the flash succeeds, and your customer gets a professionally tuned vehicle.
For now, ECUNEX works exclusively with Toyota vehicles equipped with Denso Gen2 and Gen3 ECUs, covering diesel and petrol engines. Other brands and ECU generations are not currently supported.
Compatible versions must have a Denso Gen2 or Gen3 ECU. Not every version of each model is covered: confirm the exact ECU before flashing, as fitment varies by engine and market.
For Toyota Denso Gen3, your customer can read the ECU through the app and send the extracted file to the ECUNEX team for inclusion in the database when it is not already available.
Multiple layers of protection make sure a remote flash never leaves your customer stranded.
The app measures live OBD-II battery voltage, blocking flashing if voltage drops below safe thresholds (e.g. <12.2V).
The full file is downloaded and verified with SHA256 integrity in RAM before initiating writing to the ECU.
If a write is abruptly interrupted (e.g. power loss), the app enters emergency mode to safely write back the original file.
Tunes are permanently locked to the vehicle's VIN. Customers can restore the original calibration with Return to Stock. The same USD $30 fee applies to every successful flash, including Return to Stock.
Hardware for your customers, a fee for each successful ECU flash and annual access for your business. No royalties on your retail sales. All prices below are in USD.

It is a system you offer under your own tuning brand so customers can reprogram their cars at home. You provide the tunes and the dongle; they use your branded mobile app. You retain control of your files, pricing and customer relationships.
Currently, only Toyota diesel and petrol vehicles equipped with Denso Gen2 or Gen3 ECUs. Models include Hilux, Fortuner, Land Cruiser Prado, HiAce, Innova, Corolla, Etios and Yaris, in compatible versions. Confirm the exact ECU, as fitment varies by engine and market. Other brands and ECU generations are not currently supported.
The customer can use Extraction in the app to read the Toyota Denso Gen3 ECU and send the file to the ECUNEX team for inclusion in the database. Extraction is included at no additional cost; it is not a paid ECU flash. This reading feature is available for Gen3 only.
Yes. When your customer connects the vehicle, a diagnostic runs automatically and a log is saved to your dealer dashboard. Every diagnostic the customer runs in the app also creates a dashboard log. Your customer can diagnose the vehicle from home, and you can see their fault codes right away without being next to the car.
No. The mobile app never writes the binary file to the device storage. The stream is decrypted only in RAM and transmitted in encrypted chunks directly to the dongle buffer.
You have complete freedom. You manage your own retail pricing and billing channels (PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, local gateways). You simply assign internal credits to your customer's dongle through your portal.
USD $25 per dongle, USD $30 for every successful ECU flash, including Return to Stock, and a required annual subscription of USD $500 per distributor. The annual subscription price is negotiable. Gen3 Extraction is included without an additional extraction fee.
Yes. As a distributor, you can write your own contract and enable the contract option. When enabled, end customers must accept your terms and conditions in the app before they can use the equipment. Enabling this option is your choice.
No. The system operates as a white-label distributor solution. The mobile app presents your business name, logo, and contact channels.
The app includes a built-in recovery routine. It will bypass normal identification and automatically restore the original stock file to bring the ECU back to working condition.
Tell us about your business. Our team will review your application and set up a live demo of the portal, app and hardware.
